Julia Firestone, PCC (she/her) is an ICF-certified leadership coach with 15 years of professional experience across nonprofits, corporate, and startups. She is particularly enthusiastic about supporting social entrepreneurs through direct coaching, mentorship, and facilitation of transformational leadership programs. She has coached over 200 changemakers and designed experiential learning for over 400 employees across 12 countries as Innovation & Capacity Building Lead at Pearson, where she also partnered with Unreasonable Group on accelerator initiatives. Julia specializes in helping mission-driven leaders navigate team dynamics, build resilience, and lead through uncertainty, with expertise spanning nonprofit, corporate, and startup sectors and she is honored to serve as Coach-in-Residence for Resolution Project Fellows.
