Josiah Tsui is the co-founder and COO of Finley Technologies, a venture-backed software company based in San Francisco. Prior to Finley, Josiah held positions at Ironclad, Palantir Technologies, and the Harvard Kennedy School. Josiah holds a B.A. in International Studies and an M.A. in International Relations and International Economics from the Johns Hopkins University. In his free time, Josiah enjoys surfing, writing, and making music.
