Joshua Rivera joined The Resolution Project in 2023 as an Office Manager. Joshua works with the Chief of Staff to handle general administrative duties, design procedures that promote effectiveness, direct and inspire staff, and organize departmental communication.

Joshua is a dedicated advocate for social justice and community improvement. With a wealth of experience in program management and community outreach, Joshua has been a valuable asset to teams working towards a better future for all. As a former AmeriCorps alum, Joshua worked on childhood literacy and anti-poverty initiatives. He previously served as a Procedural Justice Coordinator at the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings, where he provided legal information to New Yorkers. Joshua was also a Program Manager at Hunger Free America, where he connected New Yorkers with SNAP benefits. His dedication and passion earned him recognition as one of the “Rising Stars in NYC Food Policy” in the 40 Under 40 class of 2021.
