Joel Jang is Senior Director at Raytheon Technologies, a former Security Program Manager at Meta, a former Manager, Operations at Facebook, and a former Information Technology (IT) leader working with General Electric Software, as part of the Industrial Internet delivery team. He served as Chief of Staff to the Chief Information Officer, charged with managing operations and partnerships. With ten years of experience with GE, Mr. Jang has worked in controllership, finance and IT. He has experience across various GE businesses including Aviation, Capital, Corporate, Energy and Healthcare and is a graduate of the Information Technology Leadership Program and the Corporate Audit Staff. Mr. Jang is a leadership council member of GE’s Asian Pacific American Forum where he co-leads the GE Social Entrepreneurship, Education & Development (SEED) program. He earned his bachelor’s degrees in Computer Engineering and Business from the University of Maryland, College Park.
