Jean Pascal Hirwa Ntwali is a Rwandan midwifery professional dedicated to advancing maternal, newborn, and adolescent health through quality clinical care and community-centered approaches. He has experience in clinical midwifery practice and clinical mentorship, contributing to capacity building and the delivery of evidence-based care, as well as in project coordination for health and development initiatives. Driven by the belief that sustainable change comes from within communities, he works closely with young people to empower them to identify local challenges and design practical, youth-led solutions that directly address the needs of their own communities, strengthening leadership, ownership, and long-term impact.
