Jaya Birch-Desai is passionate about human-centered design, technology, and entrepreneurship. She has spent 7 years working on new ventures and products, ensuring both business and user value through evidence-based design and research. Currently, Jaya is a Senior Consultant within Deloitte’s Innovation Strategy group, where she helps Fortune 500 companies to solve their toughest challenges using design thinking, user research, and business strategy. Jaya holds a B.S. in Human Factors Engineering from Tufts University and an MBA from Cornell Tech. In her free time she enjoys jewelry metalsmithing, museums, and riding her bike!
