Jan is the Director of Oncology Portfolio Marketing at Bayer, leading the strategy and execution of key initiatives in support of cross-portfolio marketing, new product launches, and operational effectiveness of Bayer’s US Oncology franchise. With 10+ years’ experience in marketing, consulting and finance and having started a company himself, Jan is looking forward to support his fellows on a wide range of topics and help them reach their goals.

Jan earned an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid. He lives in New York City and in his free time enjoys hiking, SCUBA diving and exploring the city with his camera. Aside from the Resolution Project, Jan volunteers as a Lead Food Rescuer at Rescuing Leftover Cuisine.
