Isuru Liyanage graduated from University of South wales Cardiff UK with MA Animation in 2009. He got fully funded from the UK & EU Go Wales project to study ILM level 3 Starting to enterprise certificate from University of aberystwyth Wales in 2010. He got trained in project management under Cult Cymru workshops in BBC Broadcasting House, Llandaff, Wales in 2010. In 2011, he completed ILM Level 5 leadership and management certificate from University of Wales Trinity saint Davids. Also he got a funded internship in YMCA Wales 2011 from Cardiff University carriers Unit. After returning to Sri Lanka he worked for Northumbria University UK as visiting faculty in2016 –  In 2017, he got selected for an entrepreneur incubator programme and business planning course organized by US Embassy of Sri lanka and American center.

In 2018 he joined Prime 8 Animation UK as a 3D Artist .In 2019 he started his own startup Digital Dreams, to teach Animation and produce animation. In 2020 he completed an Animation volunteer project for UNDP Youth Co Lab Singapore through it. In 2021 WEDU Global selected him as woman empowerment mentor in Nepal. During 2021 he got many opportunities to teach US, EU and UK students through online. Also US web page cobweb capers selected him as an animation maker for their kid’s Art completion.
