Howard A. Levine





Howard Levine is Managing Director with the Global Loans and Special Situations Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he focuses on opportunities in distressed investments and illiquid securities. Prior to joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Howard was an Associate at Sagent Advisors, a boutique mergers and acquisitions advisory firm headquartered in New York, and an Analyst in the Global Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Citigroup Global Markets. Howard also serves on the Sustaining Board of Youth, Inc., a venture philanthropy organization that supports promising not-for-profits focused on serving children in the New York City area. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar, and a BA with honors from Harvard University.
