Howard Levine is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Second Horizon Capital, an impact real estate investment fund focused on creating sustainable redevelopment opportunities across the United States.  Prior to founding Second Horizon, Howard was a Managing Director with the Global Credit and Special Situations practice at Bank of America Securities, specializing in opportunities in restructuring and credit investing.  Prior to joining Bank of America, Howard was an investment banker at Sagent Advisors and Citigroup Global Markets.  Howard also serves on the Sustaining Board of Youth, Inc., a venture philanthropy organization that supports promising not-for-profits focused on serving children in the New York City area.  He holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar, and a BA with honors from Harvard University.
