Heidi leads the Culture and Purpose Center of Excellence to design change communications, culture and engagement and corporate social responsibility programming for Deloitte.

Heidi previously spent 10 years as a communications leader in IT, Cloud, Talent and Security at IBM. Earlier in her career, Heidi held public relations, marketing and advertising roles for corporations, start-ups, and market-leading agencies in the areas of security, healthcare and information technology.

Heidi holds a Master of Science in managerial sciences from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and mass communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Heidi gives back to the community through coaching with Jewish Family and Career Services and The Resolution Project.
