Goodwill Batalingaya is originally of Rwandan descent and moved to the United States in 2006. He grew up in Dumfries, VA before attending Dartmouth College for his undergraduate studies. At Dartmouth, Goodwill studied applied mathematics and held numerous leadership positions on campus including an Undergraduate Advisor / Residential Advisor for the Cutter Shabazz Center for Intellectual Inquiry, President of the Dartmouth Minorities in Business Association, and Student Director for the Dartmouth Center for Social Impact.
Following graduation, Goodwill worked at Century Equity Partners, a financial services and insurance-focused private equity firm, and Raymond James within the Technology & Services Investment Banking division. Currently, Goodwill works as an Associate at Northlane Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in Bethesda, MD with a focus on healthcare and business services.
