Florence is a senior Public Health advisor and Global Research Professional with 15+ years coordinating Phase 1-4 clinical trials, regulatory submissions, and quality assurance in vaccines (HPV, Malaria & Covid-19), 8+ years program implementation coordination, HIV,Malaria,Covid-19, climate change, sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR),Mental health programming for youths, Maternal child health and newborn (MCHN), policy engagement, grant proposal development & resource mobilization. Providing strategic leadership and oversight for ecosystem performance, compliance, fraud prevention and expansion to field teams in multi-country settings in Africa. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, thought leader, donors, stakeholders, improving program systems, and delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
