Emma is a MedTech Senior Manager at Johnson & Johnson, currently, she is responsible for developing the long-term vision and commercial sales strategy around key digital integrated solutions. Prior to her relocation to New York City, she spent several years in Switzerland and Spain where she gained over 15 years of diversified experience in Marketing, Sales & digital surgery solutions in medical devices and pharmaceutical industries across different regions in EMEA & the US.

Emma is part of the Women Leadership Initiative in her company where they look for the Advancement, Commitment, and Engagement’ of women’s careers in the healthcare industry. She has a master’s degree in business management & Pharmaceutical Marketing from CESIF, Spain, a bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Valladolid, Spain, and a bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Salamanca & Savonia Polytechnic, Finland.
