Emilia brings a variety of experiences at the intersections of public and private, for- and non-profit organisations from around the globe. As the head of partnerships for a project-based university in Berlin, she is building a sustainable innovation ecosystem that brings together digital talents and companies. Prior to CODE, Emilia worked with Airbnb’s public policy department in the DACH region where she supported multiple campaigns and facilitated volunteer-led initiatives. She holds a B.A. in Cultural Studies and a MSc in International Public Policy from UCL. She is curious about the role systems thinking, community and leadership building play in fostering new thinking and in building more sustainable business models.
