Liza is currently a Special Projects Associate focusing on Diversity & Inclusion with Columbia University. She recently graduated from Columbia’s Teacher’s College. Her major scientific topics of interest are Human Rights, Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Organizational Psychology, Group Dynamics, EQ, and Decolonization. Before returning to school Liza has been working as an External Recruiter in Moscow and Hong Kong, covering the clients’ needs across EMAE, APAC & Oceania. During her international career journey Liza had a chance to lead the new business line launch, manage a multicultural team, implement the DEI framework and mentorship program, create and run a “Business development/negotiations” training.
