Elgar Beumer is the Director of Programs for Enactus Global. He has worked for Enactus Global in a variety of programmatic, development and network support roles for over 12 years and has (co-)led the organization and overall management of several Enactus World Cups. Prior to working with Enactus, Elgar worked in public affairs and public relation roles in The Hague, working for clients both on a national and EU-level. Elgar is passionate about social impact, youth entrepreneurship and sports!
