Elaine Patterson





Elaine is a trusted advisor with strong organizational and problem-solving skills that consistently influence positive outcomes. She nurtures relationships and diplomatically navigates complex situations. She leads the design and implementation of Deloitte’s flagship programs to achieve their strategic priorities. Elaine is continuously on the leading-edge in the adoption of innovative and collaborative technology tools. She commissions and oversees the development of process automation platforms.

Elaine also leads the global leadership transition process that ensures cultural and leadership transition. She spearheaded the establishment of two new business units which continue to provide internal services.

Elaine is a passionate sponsor and people champion. She is a member of the Deloitte Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Council.

Outside of Deloitte, she is Deloitte’s Sponsor for KIPP New Jersey K-12 schools, is involved with the American Diabetes Association’s Step-Out Walk (#1 fundraiser for Greater New York) and Habitat for Humanity (walk-on build volunteer).

Elaine has a BS from John Jay College, MS from St. Joseph’s College, and Certificate in Leadership Best Practices from Harvard Business School.
