Edgar is an Executive Director and Branch Manager for the Morgan Stanley Potomac, MD office. He is dedicated to partnering with financial advisors to help them grow their practice by leveraging the scale and strength of Morgan Stanley’s industry-leading platform and resources. An advocate for advisors, Edgar focuses on supporting them and their teams in reaching their goals—while ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver exceptional outcomes for their clients. He strives to create a culture where advisors thrive and where top talent is inspired to build their careers.

 

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Edgar spent over 15 years at UBS Global Wealth Management in a variety of leadership roles across divisional strategy and field management. His experience included positions in New Jersey, New York City, Connecticut, and California—most recently serving as Market Director for the San Francisco Private Wealth Management business. He also held roles as Branch Manager in Menlo Park and Associate
Market Head in Hartford, CT, as well as several strategic positions supporting regional and divisional business initiatives.

 

Edgar lives in Montgomery County, MD, with his wife, Alina, and their two-year-old daughter, Olivia. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and traveling to new places with them.
