Dr Omowunmi Janet Adeleye is an education, programme and organisational development professional, mentor, and Founder & Lead Consultant of Betternship Consulting, focused on building individual and organisational capabilities for sustainable growth. Her experience spans education, programme coordination, NGO engagement, stakeholder relations, operations and entrepreneurship. She initiated ZeZHI, a community social-impact project launched during the COVID-19 pandemic to provide temporary food support to families affected by income loss. As a Guide, Omowunmi is passionate about helping people recognise their potential, clarify their goals, build confidence and capabilities, and take purposeful action.
