David K. Kessler is an Assistant United States Attorney in the National Security and Cybercrime section of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. He also serves as an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School. Before joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office, David was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. David attended Harvard College, from which he graduated summa cum laude with a degree in economics, and Harvard Law School, from which he graduated magna cum laude. David clerked for the Honorable Douglas H. Ginsburg on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and, between college and law school, worked as a Business Analyst at McKinsey.
