Damon (he/him) is the Development Director for Institutional Giving at Resolution Project, where he leads strategy and engagement with foundations, corporations, and government donors to support young social entrepreneurs around the world.

Damon brings more than two decades of international experience in fundraising, grantmaking, and program design. Before joining Resolution, he served as Senior Development Officer at Outright International, a global LGBTIQ human rights organization. At Outright, Damon raised over $45 million in multiyear grants and increased institutional revenue by 350%.

Earlier in his career, Damon served in various fundraising roles at the British Council and the EastWest Institute. He also spent five years in Central Asia, where he led USAID-funded grantmaking and capacity-building programs for Counterpart International and Abt Global. Damon began his international career as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Kyrgyzstan.

Damon holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
