Christian Castro is a student at the Technological University of Panama, majoring in Industrial Safety and Occupational Hygiene Engineering. He is the co-founder of ¡Préndelo! Panama, a social venture that uses neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and multiple intelligences to enhance logic-mathematical and linguistic performance in beneficiaries, aiming for maximum individual results. In 2023, Christian was elected President of ¡Préndelo! for the 2024–2027 period.
In 2021, he was elected President of the Kiwanis Youth of Panama City for the 2022-2023 term and was re-elected for 2023-2024. He is actively involved in diversity programs and educational initiatives focused on building ethical and safe communities, as well as supporting those in need.
These experiences have helped Christian become a better leader. He is committed to making a positive change in his country, fighting against inequality, and ensuring that quality education is accessible to all children and young people. Christian believes that youth represent not only the future but also the present, and he is dedicated to demonstrating this through his work.
