Chilufya Kunda is an education professional and emerging educational leader with nearly a decade of experience in teaching, mentoring, and educational leadership. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Diploma in Secondary Education and has served as a Head of Department, supporting teachers and improving teaching and learning outcomes. He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration and Leadership. Chilufya is passionate about youth development, education, leadership, and mentorship. As a Resolution Guide, he seeks to support young social entrepreneurs through mentorship, strategic guidance, and encouragement as they develop their leadership capacity and create meaningful impact in their communities.
