Charandeep is a successful senior global executive with over 20 year’s experience and a profound knowledge of management consulting in Information Technology, Communications as well as the Services industry. He has worked in various multinational organisations in the US, Australia and the UK managing remote teams in over 15 countries across the globe.

Charandeep joined the Adecco Group (Fortune 500) over 12 years ago as part of the Ajilon Consulting (now Modis) in Australia, where he was an integral part of the Executive team in the role of General Manager for sales, digital solutions and innovation. 

In May 2017, Charandeep moved to New York leading a dual corporate Global role with the Adecco Group as Head of managed services and solutions and Industry lead for technology and communications, accountable to develop growth strategy and vision for these corporate global business lines.

More recently, Charandeep has joined General Assembly (GA), world’s leading organisation focusing on developing talent in most relevant and in demand digital skills, specifically Technology, Data and Marketing. Charandeep is leading the development of GA’s enterprise business globally.
