Carly Gallo is the Assistant Director of Programs for The Resolution Project. In this role, Carly uses her experience in immersive fellowship programs, as well as program design and development, to manage over 200 volunteers (from 20+ countries) in the Guide Program, and nearly 100 Pathway Partners. She also works on strengthening the Fellow community and connecting Fellows with Resolution’s network of resources. Prior to joining the Resolution team, Carly served as a health volunteer in Ethiopia with the Peace Corps for over two years. In addition, she completed two AmeriCorps terms in Washington DC, one with City Year on the Civic Engagement team and the second as a Construction Coordinator with Rebuilding Together. Carly has her BA in Architecture from Florida International University in Miami.
