BIO

Boris is an Organizational Psychologist passionate about people, systems, wellbeing,
structures and development in various social units. He strongly believes in mentorship,
coaching and consistent training as special tools and avenues for sharing experiences
through information that guide actions and behaviors during certain situations. He is
currently the People and Culture Coordinator at Rural Child Empowerment Forum
(RUCEF) Uganda, volunteers with Touch One Reach All (TOORA) as a Behavioral
Psychologist overseeing over 100 teenagers subscribed to the Teens Mentorship Program
during their holiday activities designed to groom socially responsible leaders while
advocating for reproductive, mental health, inclusion, hands on skills, and diversity.

Boris holds a Bachelor of Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Makerere
University and a Diploma in Secondary Education from Kyambogo University where he
served as a student leader in capacities of Guild Representative Councilor (GRC) for the
School of Psychology and Guild President respectively. He believes in transparent,
inclusive, value and people oriented leadership as a driving force towards social
economic transformation of societies.

As a Resolution guide, I am dedicated to providing holistic support to fellows and their
goals while emphasizing personal, career development, and social responsibility.
