Bobbie has worked for over 15 years in the NGO sector focusing on human rights and civil society. Her academic background and region of expertise is Europe and Eurasia. She speaks Russian and Polish and is an avid language learner who has studied six other languages. In her career, she has mentored other NGO professionals and participated in several fellowship programs. She comes to Resolution Project as a Guide with program management, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, and international development experience.
