Benjamin Best is an Associate in the equities team within the Derivatives Valuation group at JP Morgan. He works to value corporate derivative transactions and control for deficiencies in the modeling approach for complex derivative transactions and trades. Previously Ben worked at Ernst and Young in the complex securities group where he modeled derivative-like contracts and advised companies on convertible debt issuances. Ben graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a B.S in Finance and a B.A. in Computer Science. Following his undergraduate studies, Ben received his M.S. in Operations Research from Columbia University and completed level III of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.
