Azza Nadir is a senior humanitarian HR professional with over 12 years of experience leading people strategy, safeguarding, and compliance across MSF, Save the Children, and Catholic Relief Services in conflict and emergency contexts. She holds an MSc in Global Management and is SPHRi® certified. A YALI RLC East Africa alum, Azza has worked in Sudan, Nigeria, and briefly volunteered in USA. She has supported Oaknna Foundation and the Dakar Women’s Group, and mentors with the Global Mentorship Initiative. Fluent in Arabic and English, she enjoys reading, swimming, and meeting people from different cultures.
