A Class 12 Resolution Fellow, Ayan co-founded the Tavishi Children Foundation to build a safe and compassionate community for children, working alongside parents, teachers, counsellors, and experts to educate and respond sensitively to child abuse. He also served as a Fellow Council member, supporting Fellows across the APAC region for the Resolution Project.

Ayan holds a dual degree in Bachelor of Technology and an MBA in Technology Management from NMIMS University, Mumbai, and a Master’s in International Business from University College Dublin. In 2022, he received the Diana Award for his social action work. He currently works as a Product Manager in Dublin, Ireland, focused on building products that create meaningful impact.

In his personal time, he enjoys running, photography, travelling, and cinema, with a particular love for capturing stories and seeing new places.
