Andrea is passionate about supporting on the ground programs doing work to support their community’s growth, particularly in the fields of education, gender equity, and personal/professional development initiatives. She is currently the Head of Operations and Partnerships at Little Big Fund, a non-profit dedicated to providing training, mentorship, and network opportunities to help social impact leaders globally become funder-ready. Having lived in Mexico, Costa Rica, Germany, the Netherlands, France, and the United States, Andrea brings an open international perspective and mindset to her work and daily life. Andrea has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Amsterdam and a Master’s in Business Management and Leadership from EDHEC Business School.
