Amir is an Application Development IT Manager at Voya Financial in West Chester, PA.  Amir enters as a Guide with 20 years of experience working within the information technology industry. His wide range of experience spans from working at information technology startups to Fortune 500 companies. He has shared experience in both the business and software development side of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). His primary technology background lies in .NET technologies where he has architected a Single Sign On user interface and backend web services and migrated Java technologies to .NET. He has collaborated the first .NET pipeline for his current department and sits as a member of Development Community of Practice as well as leading the .NET community of practice for Voya which helps create a collaborative environment where developers create and enforce the standards across the organization.
