Allison is an investment associate at the venture capital firm StarVest Partners, based in New York. At StarVest, she is responsible for finding new, exciting investments and helping portfolio companies expand their customer network and accelerate growth.

Previous to StarVest, Allison was an investment analyst at a hedge fund within the Carlyle Group and at the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Allison graduated summa cum laude from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and has always been passionate about promoting growth in developing countries while ensuring environmental preservation.
