At Plaid, a financial technology company whose mission is to ‘unlock financial freedom for everyone,’ Alex has held leadership roles across Product, Technical Support, and Customer Operations. His work at Plaid involved growing the Support function from two to 50 people, creating systems and structures that helped his teams focus and collaborate, and, most recently, building the infrastructure for Plaid’s new products in credit. Alex graduated with a B.A. in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley, and currently resides in Austin, TX. In his free time, Alex enjoys staying active by hiking, biking, and exploring new places.
