Abi Shakthivel is a Senior Staff within the Talent Development COE at Deloitte Global. She
works in collaboration with her peers to deliver leadership programs for the Deloitte Technology
portfolio.
Previously Abi worked in the aerospace sector where she designed, developed, and delivered
leadership programs and succession programs to seasoned managers and executives.
Abi graduated from University of Toronto with a B.Sc. in Psychology and Minors in Biology and
Biomedical Communications. Following her undergraduate studies, Abi received her MBA from
Schulich School of Business and is currently in the process of completing her coaching
certification.
Abi is passionate about coaching and empowering young leaders who want to make social
impact in the areas of education, poverty, and climate change.
