On November 12th, Resolution Project hosted the Geraldine Acuña-Sunshine Young Leaders Now Award Dinner, bringing together a passionate community of sponsors, donors, volunteers, and supporters for an unforgettable evening celebrating young social entrepreneurs.
The event was a resounding success, selling out and raising over $300,000—the most in the 11-year history of the Young Leaders Now Award Dinner. This milestone reflects the collective belief in the power of young leaders to drive meaningful change.
Honoring Changemakers
The evening celebrated young social entrepreneurs who are tackling some of the most pressing challenges of our time, from healthcare and education to social justice and gender equality. We were honored to welcome 27 Resolution Fellows and Enactus students who joined us to recognize this year’s awardees: Wemimo Abbey, Carl Carande, Rachel Brophy, and Lauren Horn.
The connections made and stories shared throughout the night reminded us why this work matters—fresh perspectives and bold ideas are creating real solutions to global challenges.
Gratitude to Our Sponsors
This record-breaking evening would not have been possible without the generous support of our table sponsors: Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, The Asher-Chow Family, Brian Buys, Mikhail Graytser, Amit Thakkar and the entire Macquarie crew, Goldman Sachs, Greenberg Traurig, Henry Schein, H/L Ventures, HUB International, Laura Harris and Andrew Harris, The Human Fund, Meshie Knight and Kelsey Overby, Oliver and Sabrina Libby, Reitler Kailas & Rosenblatt LLP, Second Horizon Capital, and White & Case.
We’re also deeply grateful to everyone who attended, spread the word, and continues to be part of this extraordinary community supporting the next generation of social entrepreneurs.
