Resolution Project Announces Fifth Fellow Council Cohort

Resolution Project is incredibly excited to announce the appointment of its fifth Fellow Council Cohort. Eight exceptional young leaders will join the existing members of the fourth cohort for a two-year term. The Fellow Council plays a crucial role in representing and fostering community among the organization’s 700+ Fellows. Council members provide valuable input into the Fellowship program and serve as a strategic advisory board for organizational decision-making.

In their words:

Tvisha Shah: “Joining the Council feels like coming full circle for me, and it’s one of the things I truly admire about the Resolution Project’s culture—its focus on continuously improving each Fellow’s journey. My experience as a Fellow has shown me just how vital support and community are. It’s my honor to guide and uplift fellow founders, providing the support they need and helping them find their own path forward.”

Ambrose Onapa: “It has been three years since Resolution Project took a leap of faith and picked me from nowhere – a boy from Akokoro, Apac who has a dream of becoming a changemaker, and it has been a life-changing journey ever since. Not only on me but to the people around me especially with TAL Youth Uganda and the community at large. I couldn’t imagine seeing myself joining the Fellow Council now – what a journey! I feel immensely proud, excited, and also a profound sense of responsibility to enhance the path for those who follow. I am looking forward to learning more and contributing my insights and experiences to a team that strives for maximum value, merit, innovation, and a positive impact on the world.”

Christian Castro: “I’m deeply honored and excited to join the Fellow Council, especially reflecting on my journey with ¡Préndelo! since 2021. Resolution Project believed in us from the start, and together we’ve impacted countless lives in Panama. Now, as we prepare to extend our reach to El Salvador, I feel a profound responsibility to contribute to the Council. It’s an incredible opportunity to help guide and inspire the next wave of young leaders who, like us, are driven to create meaningful change in their communities. I’m eager to collaborate with this remarkable team to foster innovation and amplify our collective impact.”

Pumla Maswanganyi:“It is a pleasure to be a member of the Fellow Council. I have been a part of the Resolution community since 2016, and I cannot describe how pivotal this journey has been for me. I’ve gotten to see this Fellowship evolve and reach new heights year over year, and I must say, getting to witness the impact in people’s lives up close, is always wonderful. I look forward to continuing to help shape the future of our Fellowship and supporting the next generation of fellow leaders who are making their communities better each day.”
