Tamar Latsabidze is a Junior Expert in Regional HR at Welthungerhilfe, where she supports inclusive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and internal development across humanitarian programs. She is also the co-founder of Force aux Femmes, a social venture empowering refugee and marginalized women through peer-led learning and community-building. Tamar holds a B.A. in Psychology and International Relations from Jacobs University Bremen and an M.Sc. in Sociology: Social and Economic Psychology from the University of Cologne. Originally from Georgia and shaped by her experiences living in the U.S., Canada, Argentina, and Germany, she is passionate about advancing women’s rights, inclusive learning spaces, and equity in both organizational and grassroots settings.
