Sally Dibba was born in the Gambia, in a town called Bakau. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Sally is passionate about finance, and she recently built a great interest in entrepreneurship. Sally loves working with different people from different backgrounds and diversity because she believes in diversity and inclusion. Moreover, Sally enjoys working with underprivileged and marginalized people in society. She is a strong advocate for gender-based violence and inequality among people in society. Also, giving back to communities is one of her major priorities. Part of what Sally does is volunteer with organizations that support female empowerment and gender equability in her society. Currently, she is the finance director of HERfuture. HERFuture aims at nurturing and training a new generation of female leaders in the Gambia because she believes that the future of our world is as bright as our girls.
