Rima is a research fellow at the Max-Planck Institute for Research on Collective Goods in Bonn, Germany and a PhD candidate in psychology at the University of Amsterdam, where here work focuses on studying the cognitive processes underlying decision-making. She received her Master’s degree from the University of Amsterdam, and completed her undergraduate studies at Heidelberg University. During her studies, her work was supported by the German Academic National Foundation, and now she is a member of the International Max Planck Research School on Adaptive Behavior in a Fundamentally Uncertain World. She is one of the founders be.boosted, a non-profit organisation helping aspiring young leaders build their skill sets for success, where Rima is responsible for training and coaching, and takes great pleasure in sharing insights from her studies and her own experiences with up and coming talents. With her venture ShareHealth! Ukraine, Rima is committed to making an impact on children’s peer-to-peer dental health education across borders.
