Rashid Rashida Diana is a Culture and Tourism student at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana, and a proud MasterCard Foundation Scholar at KNUST. 

She is a proud advocate for SDGs goals 2,3,4,5,6,10 and Agenda 2030 through her Non-governmental organization ‘OPERATION SMILE’ and also a young entrepreneur.

She is a self-motivated young lady who sees a community and a world where everybody is treated fairly, where everyone is a fighter thus working hard for what they want and she is poised to be a change-maker not only in her community and country but the world at large.

As a change-maker and a leader, she believes that the best thing to do is empower people anywhere she finds herself. 

Because of her passion for young people, she currently volunteers as a peer mentor and a Learner Guide for CAMFED Ghana.
