Daniel is the founder of KACEL EMPOWERMENT AVENUE; a new Organization that looks at improving the economic wellbeing of teenage mothers in the Kitgum district; starting with Pella Wicere Village. He has extensive experience in leadership, project management, electrical installation, first aid, and computer skills. As a way of giving back and improving his community, he has created a youth group in his village to help improve their behaviors through advice and activities that he involves them in, like football, first aid training, and keep community clean campaign among others.

Prior to becoming the Founder of KACEL EMPOWERMENT AVENUE, Daniel was the Scholars Council Representative for Makerere University 2020/21 and is the Chairperson Youth Council for Nyanya Village in Kitgum  District. He is pursuing BSc. Electrical Engineering at Makerere University, completed ICDL course from Makerere University and Electrical installation training from Uganda Electricity Transmission  Company Limited.
