Mohamed Ali Tourki has worked for nine years in the area of community development, especially in education, gender equality, health, technologies, and environmental protection. He is a Grant writer and project manager of different projects such as a community center, schools, environment, English promotion and a radio station. Tourki has also worked with UNFPA, UNDP and UNICEF Comoros in communication activities. He represents Comoros in continental and global meetings like the 2016 Mandela Washington Fellowship for young African leaders in the US. He was the Comoros delegate at the African Union Regional Youth Consultation on youth rights in Namibia, and at the 2017 One Young World Summit in Colombia as a peace Ambassador. As a social entrepreneur, he was selected as YALI Regional Leadership Center fellow to study Business development and Entrepreneurship at UNISA, South Africa.
