Loruba Manasseh is a passionate community leader, filmmaker, and social impact advocate from Uganda. As a Resolution Fellow, he co-founded the Rising Hope Foundation to empower widows in Lajwatek Village through sustainable cattle rearing and food production. Having grown up in a refugee context, Manasseh is driven by a deep commitment to dignity, resilience, and inclusive development. He uses both storytelling and grassroots action to uplift marginalized voices and create lasting change in his community.
