Kushal Kantharaju is a Business student at the University of Texas at Austin, with a strong interest in finance, sustainability, and social impact. He is a core member of Scrap’d, a student-led venture that reduces textile waste by collecting donated fabrics and transforming them into upcycled products through local partnerships. As part of the Enactus network, Kushal presented Scrap’d at the 2025 USA expo and led outreach initiatives to expand its material sourcing and community impact.

Beyond his academic and entrepreneurial pursuits, Kushal is actively exploring opportunities in financial services, particularly in investment and strategic advisory roles. He has engaged in independent research projects focused on market analysis and valuation modeling and continues to deepen his understanding of the industry.

Outside the classroom, Kushal enjoys playing chess and studying cognitive neuroscience.
