Kibibi Hilary is a Chief Finance Officer of Kuroiler Chicken Farm Uganda. She ensures the smooth financial running of the farm and works hand in hand with the founder and co-founder for the proper operation of the farm. She is also Chief Executive Officer of Makhia Enterprises limited, an Uganda-based company that produces paper bags. She believes in community empowerment, teamwork, and transformative leadership which are key to community transformation. She has experience in community engagement through participation in community givebacks while at MasterCard foundation which has inspired her passion for community change. She has served as the finance minister at the MasterCard Scholars Association at Makerere University and as a General Secretary at Makerere Engineering Society. Currently, she is a final year student at Makerere University pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
