Kharis graduated from United States International University Africa with a degree in Psychology and minor in Health Psychology. She has a strong drive for innovation and social impact. She gained hands-on experience during her internships at Ngaira and Ngara Hospitals as a counselor and at Unified Human Resource Consulting Limited where she currently works in the Training and Development department.

Beyond academia, she is an entrepreneur dedicated to creating opportunities for marginalized communities. She is a co-founder of Glamour Haven Africa, a venture that provides vocational training to young women with and without disabilities and equips them with employment opportunities to achieve financial independence.
