Joseph N’TCHA is passionate about science and sustainable development. After earning his scientific baccalaureate, he was awarded a scholarship from the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program to study at the University of Abomey-Calavi, thanks to his academic excellence in secondary school, despite facing challenging and precarious conditions. Difficulties and obstacles have never stopped Joseph N’TCHA from striving to do his best. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering with honors, he has gained solid experience in computer programming and has contributed to large-scale national IT projects. Joseph is also involved in leadership programs, including the DUKE OF EDINBURGH’S INTERNATIONAL AWARD Program in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation and as an OMLA’s Fellow 2024 (One Million Leaders Africa), which aims to train a new generation of African leaders.

Driven by a strong interest in environmental protection, Joseph co-founded AgroDream Solution TCM, a company that produces eco-friendly charcoal from agricultural waste. This initiative helps reduce deforestation and CO2 emissions while providing a sustainable solution for local communities. Joseph embodies a unique combination of technical expertise, leadership, and community engagement, making him a key player in promoting sustainable development in Benin.
