Jessica holds a double-degree in international business management from an Irish university and German business school. She is head of the business clients department of a development-oriented bank for very small, small and medium-sized businesses in Nicaragua. Prior to her current job, she served as regional manager for Africa and Latin America, working with a non-profit social business that promotes client protection principles in the microfinance industry. Jessica has gained extensive experience researching and collaborating with women’s shelters and grassroots organizations to promote women’s economic empowerment. Jessica speaks English, German and Spanish fluently, and is studying French and Portuguese.
