Jean Emmanuel Verdier





Jean Emmanuel Verdier is from Haiti, and he graduated in May 2015 with a BA in Intercultural studies and a Minor in Theology and Religious Studies from Divine Word College in Iowa. He was twice elected as a Student Representative in the Student Senate of his College and also was the Treasurer of the African and Caribbean Students Association (ACSA). He worked as youth supervisor at the Ministry of Youth, Sports, and Civic Action in Haiti. He has two organizations in Haiti “Clean Water Project for Haiti” and “Soccer for Peace and Education. He is the co-founder of COPADCS ( Peasant Cooperative for Community Development South) which  is a community organization created by young Haitian professionals who want to help their community.
